Our Focus
Carobell has forty years of experience working with developmentally disabled and physically challenged individuals.
Carobell’s Saturday Day Camp provides a structured, fun, learning environment. This program is designed to meet the needs of individuals with cognitive and intellectual disabilities from age 5 to adult.
Participants will be provided with opportunities to engage in a variety of activities such as therapeutic aquatics, self-esteem building, relaxation and problem solving skills. Field trips are also part of the day’s activities.
Carobell’s indoor, heated pool and spa are available for those campers who enjoy water activities. Campers are monitored by trained, certified personnel.
Schedule
Carobell’s Saturday Day Camp is held the second and fourth Saturdays of each month. Parents or guardians may elect to sign his/her child up for as many Saturdays as they choose.
A special theme will encompass all activities for each camp day. All materials and snacks will be provided for the camper, however lunch WILL NOT be provided.
Saturday Day Camp Hours are 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.*
Fees
The fee for Carobell’s Saturday Therapeutic Day Camp is $65.00 per day.
Expenses for field trips are collected separately.
Applications are due two weeks prior to the child’s first session.
A non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 must accompany the participant’s application.
(This fee will be applied toward cost of camp.)
CHARGES PER DAY MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE STARTING CAMP EACH SATURDAY.
