SERVICES & PROGRAMS

CAP SERVICES

Station Club Enterprise focuses on individual needs through person-centered planning.  Our primary goal is to promote independence through empowerment.  The Community Alternatives Program (CAP) Medicaid Waiver program offers one-on-one supervision to persons in need of more individualized services and level of care.

ADVP SERVICES

A long-term program that offers a structured environment where an individual can receive valuable basic job skills training and paid wages while working on local business contracts.  Individuals are challenged to develop their physical, mental and social skills and capability in order to achieve their highest level of self improvement.

PROGRAMS/TRAINING

Individuals receive life skills, socialization, and wellness training, in addition to specialized pre-vocational and vocational skills training such as document shredding, bulk mailings, envelope stuffing, horticulture and woodworking.  Also, individuals have opportunities to participate in a variety of skills, wellness and social development and are encouraged to work to their fullest potential.

Skill Training, Socialization, and Wellness - Beyond the recognized vocational needs that are addressed at SCE, we also consider the whole person.  Individuals may choose to participate in one or all of the programs offered that speak to other of life's needs such as, sign language clases, art classes, music, dance, organized walking, light exercise and nutrition classes.

Pre-Vocational - Individuals receive life skills training that closely relate to the labor market and community expectations.  Here we learn what work is and how to do it right!

Horticulture - Individuals receive valuable job skills training while completing area business contracts and in-house production jobs.

Woodshop - Individuals in this class learn how to build outdoor furniture.
