Aside from it being fast, fun and engaging, the Leadership Game opened my eyes to characteristics about myself I was not aware of, as well as seeing an- other side of my coworkers. Time well spent!

As the Director of a department, I had multiple new employees within the organization. It was not until we played the leadership game that I got to know the real person. This awareness has since – afforded me the opportunity to use different strategies with different people in order to motivate them.

The leadership game caused me to reflect on how the balance between my personal and professional life affects my ability to lead and my job.

The Mastermind course is a great way to synthesize the Highroad Leadership Roadmap.

Thank you for all that you did during our learning opportunity.   High Road Leadership taught me that true leadership is not about power or position, but about serving others by being honest, humble and committed to making a positive impact.

This group offered so much depth and honesty. I looked forward to those conversations every week. Now time to apply some of those wonderful words.

My experience in High Road Leadership was very thought provoking.  The guided reflection and discussion with colleagues established new levels of relationship and leadership for everyone.

I am truly grateful for having had the opportunity to be a part of this experience. The group meetings have been incredibly enriching, and I’ve appreciated the open conversations and the vulnerability that was shared. This has been a valuable opportunity for both personal and professional growth, and I’m excited to apply the practices we’ve learned through this study moving forward.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the John Maxwell book club and doing it with One Place. You are a fantastic facilitator and just seem to know all the right things to say and when to say them. I wonder if other companies/organizations express as much care and concern as the staff at One Place. I think that is inherent of the people there but also of the JM leadership work. The work begs us to get real, to be accountable, to be vulnerable and courageous, to be the leaders that we are determined to be. I love being in community with people, sharing experiences, stories, ourselves, and being met with what we need, sometimes insight, or best practices, but more than that with empathy and compassion. That’s the gift and benefit of having community and I think you help to foster and encourage it and bring us together.

My journey as a High Road Leader changed the entire trajectory of my Leadership Journey. This Mastermind class opened a plethora of opportunities and strategies to take me to the next dimension in leadership. I will apply and complete the process of being a High Road Leader!

Being offered the opportunity to attend Live2Lead in a virtual environment gave our team a chance to attend when otherwise we could not have attended. It was cost effective and efficient for our company. The knowledge and enthusiasm of the CLEAD host and the team was so energizing. It was as if we were live for the event. I highly recommend it.

We really appreciated the opportunity you provided by hosting the Live2Lead event.  I am looking forward to the possibility of partnering to continue the development of youth groups in our community.   What a great event!
