Carobell offers both residential, in-home and day services to individuals with a wide array of developmental disabilities. This position is an integral part of the accounting and human resources teams and is responsible for supporting these departments through such duties as processing payroll, ensuring accuracy of that payroll, reviewing and reconciling benefit bills and the time management system, as well as assisting the Director of Accounting with all accounting functions.
This position requires a general knowledge of accounting and basic math skills and the ability to compile, assimilate, organize and store printed and electronic information. An ability to review, compile and analyze information to prepare reports is also crucial. You will also be expected to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. You must have strong attention to detail to ensure financial records are complete and accurate. A high school diploma/GED is required. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
