Offered for Full Time Employees

Dental Insurance

Basic and Upgraded plans available.  Available to full time employees after 90 days of employment.  Coverage offered for employee, employee plus spouse, employee plus children or employee plus family.
Cost (per pay period);  Employee Only from 0$ to $5; Employee Plus from $16 to $50.

Health Insurance

$1000 and $2000 Deductible Plan Options.  Available after 90 days of employment.  Offered for Employee or Employee plus children.
Cost (per pay period):  Employee Only from $70 to $95 and $500 to $550 for employee + children.

Vision Insurance

Available to full time employees after 90 days of employment.  Coverage offered for employee, employee plus spouse, employee plus children or employee plus family.
Cost (per pay period):  Employee Only is $5.29; Employee Plus from $10-$16.

Life Insurance

Life Insurance, Accidential Death and Dismemberment, and Long Term Disability Insurance provided at NO COST for Employee.

Dependent Life insurance coverage for children and spouse provided for $2 per pay period.

Paid Time Off
  • 9 holidays (Monday-Friday Departments only)*
  • 2 weeks vacation (available after 6 months)
  • 2 weeks sick time (available after 3 months)
  • Birthday (available after 3 months)

*Staff working in residential houses receive holiday pay of 1 1/2 times regular pay
