Carobell currently operates six Intermediate Care Facilities for Intellectually Developmental Disabilities (ICF/IDD) in Hubert, North Carolina. These homes serve severe or profound intellectually developmentally disabled children and adults providing direct care on a 24 hour basis with a dedicated Nursing and Direct Care staff.
Family or case worker of the individual seeking placement should contact Carobell at 910-326-7600, extension 3033 and request an application or click on the link below to download the application. Applications can be emailed to us, or printed out and mailed. Once we receive the completed application, our Admissions Team will review it to see if Carobell is a good fit for the individual and the individual is good for Carobell. If that is the case, then you will be invited to come for a tour of the facility giving everyone an opportunity to meet. After that, the individual will be placed on our waiting list, and as an opening comes available, we will review the application again.
